EXCHANGE POLICY

At SoleX, your satisfaction matters. We’re happy to offer exchanges for size issues or in case of any error or damage on our part.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Exchanges are valid only for size issueswrong items, or damaged products.
  2. You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Send a short video showing the issue clearly to our WhatsApp at +8801913756459.
  • Don’t forget to include your Order ID in the message.

Note:
If the issue is not due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong size ordered by customer), the delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
